Starhotels President

We stayed for the first time at this hotel and we think the location is great. We went for a walk downtown in 5 mn. Starhotel President is easy to find and it is a very nice hotel.

	The location , the quietness of the room. It is very nicely decorated. The personnel is helpful. The parking is very handy.
	The dining-room where we had breakfast, was not pleasant... too much people, very loud, no privacy. The food was not very good.

I liked the entrance hall and the professional receiption when we arrived. Finding the way to your hotel was a little difficult however this might be the fact that the traffic was heavy and I didn't move fast enough to change lanes. In the end I drove accross the bus station in front of your hotel, which was not very smart but it helped to find you.

	The friendly welcome from the receptionist lady , as said the roomy bright entrance hall and the beautiful view down to Genova from the 8th floor.
	I had to change the room since the aircondition didn't work. At breakfast the hot meals weren't hot and therefore didn't taste well.

I would say that starhotels in Genoa is a hotel a bit more than the medium. The location of it, is very good, you can find or transfer you anywhere very easy. The facilities is not good, the gym is very bad and small (only for one person), also there is a problem with internet, it is very expensive to use it by your room, about 10 euro per hour or if you would like to use it by the desk next to reception which is cheaper and only from there you can print, the only way to use it is by credit card.
