Hotel was o.k bu it needs a restaurant.

	Hotels cleanliness and service.
	Location is bad(red light district)

The surroundings of the hotel are not recommendable

	The rooms are small but clean

It should only have been rated as 3 star. The single room incredible small.

	Staff all very nice and breakfast delightful.
	The area was a dissapointment.

This a very clean and well run hotel. The staff are very helpful. Aside from the fact that is located beside the "red light" district, it is really very conveniently located. It is close to the lake, the train station and shopping. I thought it was overpriced for the size of the room (quite small), however we were only staying two nights so it was OK.

fine basic hotel. Serious noise problem though, it was as though i was sleeping on the street. Get better windows.

Very small beds. Very small television and few channels. No real soap in the bathroom. It needs maintenance. The lock of the door broke.

	The attention of a lady at the front desk in obtaining changes in my airline flights.
	Breakfast: cold hard eggs, greasy bacon. It needs more variety. You should not charge in advance. Payment is at the end of the stay.
