the water in the swimming pool didn't seem clean and there seemed to be a shortage in the number of sunbeds

	the extra bed was the worst ever - the mattress was as hard as a rock

overall the stay was good..and what was expected from a resort hotel

	the pool service was appalling, no waiters were visible around the pool area and you had to go to the bar every time you wanted a drink.

Limited choice of restaurants,food at sharkeys not the best quality.We would have appreciated a warning when we booked that you were holding a motor bike club annual gathering whilst they were a good bunch of guys we leave Dubai to have a quiet pampered 24 hours to recharge our batteries

First time stay at your hotel. Thought it was a great place, arrival experience was very welcoming (the lobby smelled good too!). The room was a good size and well equipped with a great view. Amenities within the hotel were first class and the outdoor activities were exceptional. Good variety of food and drinks at the restaurants and bars Will DEFINITELY come again!!!

It was great, relaxing, child friendly. My kids love it there, was impressed with the flippers club facilities. The gymn and sauna was great. Was not overly impressed with the swedish massage i had.

	Beach Bar Waves, swarms of flies when the food was served put us off our food and did not enjoy the experience at all. Staff did bring incence which did drive them away but too late

The mid week special was excellent value for money. The view from the room was beautiful (Rm 1319) and the balcony furniture very comfortable. The standard of furnishings in the room was excellent and it was very comfortable. Staff - reception, restaurant, poolside were courteous and helpful.

	In addition to the above, complimentary slippers were a nice touch and the mini bar was well stocked.
	The very strong smell of air freshener/cleaning products in the main lobby/reception area was overpowering and made both of us sneeze! I was disappointed that my booking request for non feather pillows had not been acted on but this was sorted after arrival.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The welcome from the staff was excellent, the hotel was beautiful as was the gardens. The food was very good.
