Nice staff. The hotel is clean and modern. It is reasonably close to the airport.
The hotel is in a business district, far from shops and restaurants. It would be fine for travelers who have business in that area, but it's a poor choice for anyone transiting or touring Frankfurt. During my stay the hotel restaurant was closed for repairs, and the only two nearby restaurants were also closed for the weekend. The bar was open, but 10 euros for a small glass of mediocre wine seemed high. While the hotel has free Internet access, that access is via ethernet cable and not WiFi, so if you're traveling with an iPad or MacBook Air you're out of luck.
