The free shuttle to and from the airport is very good and a big plus for travelers. The breakfast buffet was great as was the service from the wait staff in the dining area.

Absolutely NO television programming in English. Only news programs in English are available. I would have thought that a 4-Star Superior hotel would have better programming. The location of the hotel is just a bit out of the way.

WLAN I did not get to work, even though I asked for help from the personnel. A big minus!

Kindness and understanding of staff of the hotel reception, following bad information telephone when booking.

After several stays at this hotel or the Holiday Inn Issenburg, parking was free during the period of absence at the hotel (2 weeks) if they sleep and eat at least one night at hotel. This was confirmed by telephone by a hostess for the last book. Arriving in Frankfurt, I learned that the car will pay off. (12 € / day)

Rent a hotel and reasonable price.

It was hot day and the air conditioning was inadequate in the room during the night. It was so hot that we barely slept.

You need to improve communication between Reception and Airport Shuttle Bus driver. This is what happened: I called to be picked up and Reception said: the Bus should be there by the exit door but it was not there. Reception said: if he is not there he will have to come back around or you need to wait 30 min until he comes back. I told him I would call again in 5 minutes and that I was tired and did not want to wait 30 min. I called 5 minutes later and Reception tells me: you will have to wait 30 min or pay for your own taxi. As I was talking to Reception, I see the bus standing and waiting for me. Reception should not have assumed that the driver had arrived and left without checking; he should have called the driver to see where he was exactly and then tell me to look for it and not make all these assumptions.
