Hotel Tornabuoni Beacci

Really lovely. We were delighted with the rooms. My single was in fact a double. The terraces were fabulous and so quiet. We will definitely stay there again. The staff were so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is so very central for all the city sites, shops and market. No problems in walking to the station either which saves on taxis. I would ceratinly recomend to friends.

	The whole experience. The clean sheets every day were an absolute treat and the hot water was much appreciated.
	We did not have a single complaint it was just great.

Great location; huge murals on walls of room; massive bed; fantastic roof terrace for breakfast and afternoon snacks; well recommended; the only surprise is that the reception is on the top floor; staff very friendly and helpful

We were very satisfied and got what we expected. Excellent location. Memorable, charming ambiance. This hotel trully reflects the florentince interior style . Each room is furnished individually and the common living room was also a great place to spend some relaxing time after a long walk in the city. We were surprised by the cleaniness ( sometimes even exaggarated to change sheets and towels every day ).We loved the italian politeness and temperamentum we received.I warmly recommend this hotel to anybody.

	The roof terrace was lovely with the morning breakfast and very delicious cappuccino. The staff was very nice , polite and helpful. We were absolutely impressed by them.

It was a very pleasant experience to stay at the Hotel Tournabuoni Beacci.

	I liked the elegance, the comfort, and the warm athmosphere, and I only wish the weather had been warmer, so that I could have enjøyed the lovely roof terrace. I noticed that the fire security had been taken well care of, which is not always so even at good hotels.

This is a little jewell of a hotel. Superb location, charming staff, tasteful decor with characterful rooms. I shall long remember our lovely breakfasts on the roof terrace.

Perfectly located (you can roll a heavy suitcase from the station, but in a position whence one can walk to anywhere in the city); friendly staff of long standing; pleasantly refurbished rooms - but not at all pretentious. Our most recent room was a bit noisy with the windows open, but a delightful semi-private terrace close by cancelled out this quibble. We have stayed at the Tornabuoni Beacci (or Beacci Tornabuoni - amusingly it can't make up its mind which it is - see the conflicting signs!)for years and will continue to do so. Now: add fresh orange juice to the breakfast menu (why do even top Italian hotels skimp on this?) and all will be perfect.

	No confortable chairs in room to sit and read. No chest of drawers for clothes. No fresh orange juice at breakfast.

One of the nicest hotels I ever visited, perfect location and very friendly staff! The pigons on the breakfast terrace a bit disgusting, if you don't mention they pick your bread or musli.

Great hotel with a very convenient location. We drove and the hotel arranged for dicounted parking but it was still expensive (26 euro per day). The roof terrace is very quiet, even with the mid-city location. The local wildlife (pigeons) is a little 'over-friendly' and like to eat on the roof terrace too! Our room was very large and when the A/C did not cool as much as we would like the hotel was quick to provide us with a very effective electric fan. The hotel is located on the upper floors of an office building so finding it can be a challenge. Maybe some directions mentioning what bridge to cross and that it is in the building on the corner of the 2nd block from the river would help. We can recommend this for a stay in Florence.

charming hotel, nice & welcome service and attitude, perfect location, superb balcony. rates are rather high though and there is no possibility of late check out and no place for refreshing in case of late departure.

It is in an excellent position for tourists being near the shopping venus, the atractive piazzas, and River Arno. In walking distance of the Baptistry and Cathedral and the railway station. Altogether just what a tourist wants.

	Evening drinks on the roof patio as the sun went down. And views over the city.
	Not really. If anything, the Breakfast steward was quiet and businesslike. A smile would not go amiss from time to time.
