Dinner at the restaurant, boxed breakfast since I had to leave 4:30am, friendly and helpful staff, close to the train station. |

My room smelled smokey. My TV did not work very well-no instructions on using the remote control. |

Good location as it is near the train station. Room is clean and large enough to accomodate 4. A modern contemporary hotel with reasonable rates. Will definitely stay if we return to Florence.

My room (booked through you) was cheaper that the ones my colleagues booked through the congress organisation. The room was big... but very deficient decoration: just in a corner the bed and in the middle of a big space the desk... the lights didn't coresponded with the place of the bed or the table. However the service, bar, and staff were helpful and friendly. Everything confortable.

I think they should let people know all the rooms do not look like the one they show on their website. It's disappointing to get one of the rooms that has not been remodeled when you think your getting what is shown on their website. |
