We found the staff friendly and accommodating. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Our stay was one night only but they let us use their private parking area the following day while we toured museums in downtown Florence.

Very nice typical italian city hotel... perfect location for Firenze sight seeing etc...only problem we had was finding it as its not well advertized from the street and shares the asame building as other hotels
