Extremely friendly staff, Marco welcomed me in opened armed! Very personable and intimate relationtionship formed with Marco who was very accomidating with sights to see and museum reservations!! Food was always fresh, and rooms were the most comfortable that I found in Italy! Definite Stay!! Only grief is that was on the far side of train station and was a short hike each day to "downtown" Florence, but a 10 minute walk was worth it!!
