Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel was clean and in good condition. Free breakfast buffet was nice. Mostly convenient location for getting to the conference center, though construction on a train track in front of the hotel made things a little more inconvenient than I expected.

It is a very good hotel a little distant from downtown but close to the train station, very good rooms and helpful staff, I would definetively return to this hotel.
