Hotel excellent.

Well run hotel all members of staff were pleasant and helpful. Very good evening meals.

Thanks for a lovely and relaxing stay. This is our second visit in 18 months and just as good as we remembered. Well located, great views,easy efficiency and a warm welcome. We will be back!

Regarding staff. Receptionists excellent. Cleaning staff brilliant 2 Breakfast waiting staff, one a bit miserable, the other rather forgetfull Evening Barman did not appear too keen to serve even when the bar was empty, not very welcoming

Great location and very curteous staff. Our request for rooms on lower floors was not met and as a result my not so fit elderly parents had to climb two flights of stairs, one of which was very steep, to get to our loft height bedrooms. Apart from the lack of a lift there was little to fault in the hotel apart from the en-suites being quite well worn.
