Staff was very Sympathy, but hotel is rather old and needs renovation.

Very difficult to find this hotel as it looks from the pedestrian mall that it should have a front entrance but it's tucked behind in a hidden square, everyone seems to have to ask directions. They could provide some direction boards. Overall pleasant enought stay, some staff indifferent about helping, room okay but not great. Suited our needs for two nights. Loved the town though.
