West County Hotel

West county is a very nice hotel and i would recomend it to friends.

	Food very good. Always plenty of space to park the car.
	Would like a double bed rather than two single beds pulled together.

Pleasant staff, particularily late at night. There were unfresh stale odours from the carpets in the corridors which I found to be unpleasant. Overall good value for money and a nice pleasant quiet hotel.

This hotel is way to expensive regarding the service, location, etc. The rooms are not clean. Internet is only reachable in the lobby (on the side it is said there is internet everywhere). I saw others discussing with the hotel manager regarding same issues. As I am often in Shannon, Ennis I certainly will not book a room there again.

Most things OK. Charging 3.50 for compulsory swimming caps a bit of a rip off. Stood for 5 minutes without acknowledgement at restaurant door. Once seated,all was OK. Room was already cleaned when we returned from breakfast and before we checked out. Next guests might notice towels etc used.

Room was fine but bath and door of bathroom were dirty. Asked for extra towels but they never came. On the up side, facilities (pool, sauna etc) were brilliant and excellent value for money. Bar was amazing and entertainment was refreshing.Drink prices were reasonable. Restaurant service was excellent and friendly, breakfast was very nice covering everything. Overall a very enjoyable stay.
