had a great stay but felt the hotel was very warm in the common areas, just a small gripe, and would have liked to see a pool. however i would come back. also the balcony in room i was in (67) could have been smaller and had a larger room.

the staff could'nt do enough to help us.

I COULD NOT FAULT THE GLASS HOUSE IN ANY WAY. I HAVE STAYED IN THIS HOTEL ON A COUPLE OF OCCASIONS AND WOULD RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE THINKING OF STAYING IN EDINBURGH.

THE HOTEL LAYOUT, THE RELAXED ATMOSPHERE, THE HONESTY BAR (WHICH I WAS)& THE ROOF TOP GARDEN TO NAME BUT A FEW.

This is a hidden gem in Edinburgh, unless you know where it is you may never find. The entrance is grand and set in a old church with the hotel itself on top of the Omni Center(cinema restuarants etc). The rooms are just a dream to be in, it makes you not want to leave.

The door man, (william) is a perfect gent, nothing was too much trouble, but when I say door man I mean in the old fashioned (New York) style.

excellent hotel, ideally situated for all central Edinburgh attractions. Rooms were fabulous, with great floor to ceiling windows looking out onto roof garden.Great wet room also.Only criticism was the honesty bar situated on top floor. It was of a lovely design but was a little soulless.I did not feel like a commom meeting area.

Rooms(although sky reception was v.poor on tv) views great, locality,Korres toiletries were a great touch
