	The breakfast staff were pleasant and the service was excellent.

Comfortable hotel situated in the historical centre of Edinburgh. Wellcoming personnel.

A nice place to stay (good value for the price) with a very convenient connection to the aiport and close to the old town.

	A very quiet room on the first floor, even though directly facing a major busy main street.
	Not quite effective service during breakfasts: twice we had to wait in a line.

Great location. The rooms are small but very clean.

	You can arrive walking to all the interesting places.

It was an excellent stay, with access to Edinburgh (10-15 bus-lines)just outside the door and to the Airport coach within 30 meters.

	Absolutely no noise from the street (on 4th floor with with insulation windows) and a friendly staff. The breakfast was execellent.
	In my specific room, there were two spots (about 20 cm2) on the main wall, that probably was fogotten during the cleaning process.

I liked the hotel. The staff were helpfull. I think that the hotel is licated a litlebit far away from atractions in Edinburgh. But the hotel were overall very nice :)

MY GRANSON WAS UP TO EDINBURGH WITH HIS SISTERS & FRIENDS TO CELABRATE A 21st BIRTHDAY. THRERE WAS NO ROOMS LEFT AT THERE HOTEL SO I BOOKED HIM INTO YOURS. HE SAID THE HOTEL WAS LOVELY AND CLEAN MORE UPMARKET THAN WHERE HIS SISTER WAS, HIS ONLY MOAN WAS THE STAFF HE SPOKE TO WERE POLISH AND HE WOULD HAVE LIKED SCOTTISH STAFF AS THEY WERE IN HIS SISTERS HOTEL AND WERE MORE LAID BACK.

The staff is very friendly. The location of the hotel is quite close to the centre of the town city.

for sightseeing the location is excellant, but the roomrates starting from Friday compare with the rates middle of the week are to high for this hotel.
