Ramada Mount Royal

Room had excellent facilities.Downside was that the room was very warm during the night even though heating was off.We had lunch and breakfast and food was very good. Service was good,staff efficient and freindly.

	Check in and check out was swift with no waiting. Food was good.
	No control of room temperature.

Comfortable central hotel. All staff very professional and helpful especially reception. Quick and early check-in and loved that after checking out we could leave our suitcases at the hotel and pick them up later. Breakfast excellent and rooms very nice

Comfortable hotel in the heart of Edinburgh - Princes Street. Very wellcoming personnel.

It is very conveniently located with an excellent view. The food in the restaurant was good. However, there is no air conditioning and it is noisy if you keep the window open at night.

Excellent location, close to "everything".

	Fast and efficient check-in & check-out, excellent buffet breakfast, very customer service oriented polite staff.
	Room temperature: "heating season" (of the rooms) had apparantly started, and the hotel room temperature was close to +30C without possibility to adjust, "comfort rating" of the stay would have been "very good".

Location was ok. Rate was a bit high for a single.

Excellent loacation and generally nice place, only problem was that the chain on the door was broken by the cleaners trying to get in one morning...

The Hotel was pleasing to the eye with tasteful decor and a lovely location. Staff were friendly and polite but a little laxed at times.

	Not so much a dislike but found it very difficult to get parking nearby.
