Great room with big plasma tv and jacuzzi in seperate room!

	no parking available; charge of 4 GBP from 4 pm to 8 am.

Booked for one night, stayed for two as liked it so much! Will def return next time I want to stay in Edinburgh

	Decor,bathroom - especially shower and toiletries, peace and quiet, staff, pamper break extras were good
	Only very minor - towels could be softer and fragranced

We enjoyed our stay, the surrounding area was quiet...short walk to major attractions. Staff was very accomodating/friendly. Breakfasts were enjoyable with great selection/choices of meals, made to order if preferred. Comfortable for our 6 mos old as well. Only complaint was that we were there on a weekday as well as the weekend and there was a smaller staircase off our room...I assume there were business travellers staying in the rooms the next floor up so we were awakened quite early with them coming down the stairs and the doors slamming. Wasn't an issue on the weekend.

We stayed in the room of Executive suites with Jaccuzzi for three nights. The room was small, I couldn't call it Executive suites. The first night Jaccuzzi was out of order, we couln't use it. We were very disappointed. We thought we could have stayed in a better room for that money. The staffs were nice and friendly.

We were given a room upgrade when we checked in. Very impressive spacious room with a spa, massive tv and own private garden.

	Breakfast was first class.
	Check in time was 4pm.

It is a very nice building with a very nice decoration.

	The staff was very gentle and the breakfast was good.
	My room was very small without any chair where I can open my bag. My son's room was 65 stairs above (no lift). So, I think the price was very exagerated.

Hotel was fine.Biggest problem no private parking, public parking very expensive and limited to four hours.

	Hotel very clean and quiet.Breakfast cooked fresh and well served, Staff friendly and polite.
