very friendly staff, however room was cold when we entered and you needed to use your key to turn heating on!

	could not book bed and breakfast on line resulting in getting charged £30 for two breakfasts - a rip off!

Convenient location, staff very helpful, package proved to be excellent value.

	Lack of top vents on ground floor room windows.

Execellent facilities Room only Accommodation very reaonable, but breakfast , drinks in bar quite expensive -meals fairly expensive

Lovely hotel, good facilities, and staff very helpful.. We had breakfast and evening meal at the restuarant which was excellent. We have booked again to stay at this hotel later in the year.

	Weekend away and attended a 21st birthday party
	If it was in town centre - it would be fantastic

as I practically live in hotels the holiday inn at east kilbride provided spacious and very clean accomodation. The leisure facilities are above average and the staff helpfull.

The hotel is fairly well positioned for links to other areas, Glasgow, West of Scotland. The rooms are comfortable and reasonably well equipped. The staff are professional and a credit to the hotel. There was a slight problem with the bill, but it was resolved instantly.

	Staff very friendly, helpful and willing to offer assistance. Slight problem with room, room changed with no fuss or delay.
	Minor problem, but the pillows in our original room were not comfortable at all. In the relocated room they were fine.
