Air Hotel Wartburg

A comfortable reasonably priced hotel with a good bar and restaurant The inclusion of a well stocked buffet breakfast and unlimited tea and coffee made a good start to the day

	I did reqest a double bed in a no smoking room and got two single beds in a smoking room but this did not detract from my stay

Internet connection is an issue

Wir hatten einen Frühbucherrabbatt inkl. Frühstück und haben nur eine Nacht dort verbracht. Dafür war alles O.K. Allerdings hätte ich den normalen Preis nicht dafür bezahlt. Für 1-2 Nächte ist das Hotel in Ordnung. Die Zimmer wirken teilweise wie in einer Jugendherberge. Einige Zimmer haben Dachschrägen. Die WC´s sind ein wenig eng. Dafür war alles sauber. Die Empfangsdame war nett und gab mehrere Möglichkeiten für den Weg ins Fussballstadion an. Das Hotel ist allerdings nicht gut beschildert und sieht von außen nicht so aus als ob es geöffnet ist. Leicht baufällig. Das Frühstücksbuffet war in Ordnung bis gut. Der Raum dafür war wieder ein wenig eng. Insgesamt aber gemütlich und netter gestaltet als die Zimmer. Der Fahrstuhl ist auch sehr klein.

	Der Fehrseher bekommt viele Programme rein und der Empfang war gut. Die Rezeption war sehr freundlich.
	Das Hotel sind von außen nicht einladend aus. Im Vorbeifahren würde ich mich nícht dafür entscheiden.

After beeing there twice we where satisfied. The last time was completly defferent from the privious rooms. So we where disapointed.

	Air noise

To me staying at the Air Hotel Wartburg in Dusseldorf was a very nice expirience, since I first expected to stay at the airport during the night. I found your hotel on the internet and immediately booked a room, after half an hour, I was already in my room, tired but happy. I had somehow bad experience with one of the taxi drivers, who was not happy for driving me only a short distance from the airport, but the staff at the hotel was very nice and imporoved my mood on a large scale. I would strongly recommend staying at this hotel.

Too many smokers in the restaurant, also in the morning for breakfast. Location to far for the room with al the luggage. No help, even not to help to open a door. Reception: Not friendly at all.

Good value for money.Very old building but correct installations. Not easy internet access (not from the hotel). Very close to Airport but need to use taxi. No shopping available on the area by walking. Correct service from personnel but not exceptional at all.

	Quiet and comfortable dinneroom - restaurant available at evenings.
	I wold like to have internet available from hotel and more channels in english and languages other than german (only 1-2 in english and 1 french).
