	breakfast was lovely, overall hotel and staff were lovely.pool looked very inviting but didnt have time to go in.
	the only thing was from the car park to the room was quite a walk with all the luggage.

	hotel was fine as were the staff.close to the town.only booked b&b had dinner in the hotel, next time we would eat out.realy good breakfast,overall not bad. would book with you again but 4 star only good booking service thanks for your e/mails

Satisfactory representing quite good value accommodation

	Helpful reception staff and comfortable accommodation
	Room for improvement in attitude of waitress at breakfast- a smile would be nice!!

The room was adequate, if small; the food was satisfactory and well served. The general appearance was a bit threadbare, but it was clean.
