Excellent staff. Dining room staff a bit pushed to give first class service - could do with more help, some where occupied serving coach parties.

	Friendly staff. Bright atmosphere. Free Wi-Fi a bonus.

Overall, both my husband and I were very impressed with your hotel; friendly and efficient reception staff, brilliantly obliging dining room staff; room layout and quality bedding. there was just one little problem during our stay, the tea/coffee making facility in our room did have a socket but no power supply. this omission was reported to reception staff

I did have an issue with the quality of the breakfast and on complaining about this at reception I was refunded. Reception staff were nice but the waiting staff were more interested in chatting than assisting their customers.

	The rooms were very comfortable and clean.
	The breakfast was a disgrace. I requested scrambed eggs and I was told they had none, however I could have a fried egg. The breakfast meats were so bad I couldnot put my fork into the rashers.

	The whole staff has been kind and helpful before and during our journey; transport from and to airport and city have been very good
	just one day in the morning there wasn't hot water to have shower
