Silver Springs Moran Hotel

very nice hotel. Rooms modern and clean. Good variety of food at breakfast, and nice choice of bar food.

Hotel was fine, food was good.

	Bathrooms could do with re-modernising

Overall, it was grand for an overnight (or weekend)..we overnighted. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Room service for breakfast was prompt and food was good, (or at least what I would expect) the room was quite small, and the bed a standard double, which felt a bit small (maybe I'm just used to larger beds in hotels these days)

	The staff were really good
	No mini bar or iron in the room.

Bar food was basic and a limited menu in the retaurant on one evening both ladies in reception had poor english and i had to get information from the bar staff.

Enjoyed stay, Would have preferred to be neared to cork city, Friendly staff, service good.

	Location is as good bit outside cork city and not suitable for shopping or night life in cork

Some of the staff spoiled this for us. They were very unpleasant to deal with and one night porter made us feel awkward for ordering room service on our first night. Some staff (e.g. cleaners) were very very nice and a pleasure to deal with. There was drilling outside our room on mornings 2 and 3 of our 5 day stay. We have a 5-month-old baby and the hotel knew about this yet the works began on the following morning. And the jacuzzi didn't work in our bathroom. TEE-RAJ-IDYYYYYYYYYYY!!!!!!! Cant believe it...so disappointed. Beautiful hotel though, has GREAT potential.

	The restaurant was fantastic and the leisure centre was a Treat!
	Could have done a lot better. Without the leisure centre and the spa this would be a 3-star hotel!

Comfortable hotel, with recent revamped public areas and bedrooms. Unfortunately bathrooms were not revamped and although very clean, well stocked with hotel goodies, were a little less than stylish!Gym and leisure facilities were not attached to the hotel and are a good ten minute uphill hike away!

Welcoming and easily accessible by road,at least, good value, cordial atmosphere and will recommend for further visits.
