Good sized room, helpful staff, good included breakfast, central location ideal for Tivoli and train station.
Room very warm, would benefit from air con, although our visit did coincide with a heatwave.

Location, location, location. VERY easy place to stay. Not complicated. Staff easy to work with, easy-going and helpful. It was very relaxed there, and we enjoyed that and the free coffee every morning from their dining room. The quality was very good for everything. And, we LOVED that we could park our car behind the hotel. Very safe and secure. We needed the car to visit family in the suburbs. We spent one whole evening at Tivoli, since we were right next door to it. We loved the roomy bathroom, with lots of space to set our toilet articles on. Very roomy and spacious. Lots of hot water to shower. We loved our room-- so comfortable for sleeping and for reading the International Herald Tribune every morning.
The price is expensive, but Copenhagen and all of Scandinavia are outrageously expensive. With this location, you are right on top of everything. For some strange reason, our Asian maid would not pick up our coffee cups each day. She left them for us to pick up. (Kind of like: "I don't do windows" attitude.) Whatever. We told the front desk about it when we checked out. They said she was definitely supposed to pick them up.
