Floris Hotel Arlequin Grand-Place

One of the loveliest hotels we ever stayed in. Thanks! | am almost sure we´ll come back again.

	Fantastic breakfeasts in the 7th floor
	staff didn´t give us a smile

I have stayed at this hotel before, and enjoyed good service on a great location. This time, the service was less friendly than what I found in the past. In the first room I got, the lights were not working properly, and after some time I got a new room. Staff responsiveness in this matter was not impressive.

	Good breakfast, superb location.
	On this stay, less friendly service than what I usually have experienced when I have stayed there. But not so bad that I will choose another hotel on my next Brussels trip.

	One day before flying to Brussels I sent an e-mail to the hotel for which I didn't receive a reply.

The view over Bruxelles, from the hotelroom is fantastic, and from the breackfast-room also.

	I like the location very much, near the Grand Place and near all the eating places, 5 minutes from Central Gare (central Station) as well with the Metro.
	I would like to have possibility to take the stairs instead of the lift. the admission to the stairs was only as emergency exit. This time there was troubel with one of the two lifts.

The hotel is conveniently located, the staff is very kind and friendly, the services are perfect and the "sky" breakfast room is wonderful. The only complication was that the room was prepared not sooner than at 2:30 p. m. in the day of arrival.

The hotel is comfortable and familiar with the spatious hall. You can feel there free . The breakfast room is very nice with the view on the Grand Place.

	I liked the arrangement of a space inside the hotel and quite a big room, which was nice furnished. The hotel has good location in the center of the city. There are many restaurants.
