Orea Hotel Santon

As this must be our 10/11 stay in your hotel, obviously it suits us very well. The staff, from the manager down to the chambermaid have always been exceptionally polite and helpful. The suituation, with rooms looking down the lake, is quite magnificent- we are looking forward to seeing you again next year!

	We visit Santon for two reasons, 1, walking in the area around the lake and surrounding countryside is particularly good 2, the opera and ballet in Brno is wonderful, we usually manage about 4 performances whilst we stay at the hotel!
	The lift system is rather anticquated, lift too small for luggageand people, particularly if a large party is staying, we have on several qccassions seen chaos ensue when large parties arrive eg. Japanese visitors! The Stairwell is rather shabby, it hasn't changed for many many years!

An old communist hotel what needs to be rebild. Rooms are done already, but also here you can see what kind of hotel it was and is. The same fot the staff, they are not understanding that the communist time is gone and that it is the klient who is paying.

	The location is perfect. Nice viwe over the lake and close enough to the city center of Brno.
	The breakfeast. This can be really much better with a better service.

Nice wellness center, but the lady by the hotel reception "forgot" to give the free voucher for it. We got the tip from the wellness reception...

	Nice view, nice place.

we liked and enjoied very much the atmosphere and the threating. The new SPA is really great. we just suggest to buy and put more bread (it was delightful) on the breakfast bufet

For this price it was OK.
