Best Western Connaught Hotel

very happy. enjoyable stay.

	leisure facilities were great. Breakfast was fantastic.
	towels had a musty smell. shower not the best in the world.

excellent stay, would love to come back

when we arrived and were shown the room we were very pleased with the quality of the room.Before dinner we swam in your excellent pool,which was very enjoyable.Dinner was excellent with good entertainment afterwards.In all avery relaxing and pleasant stay.

	Polite staff from the moment we checked in,Good food.Cleanliness of the Hotel,good location and excellent facillities.

Reception staff on three mornings gave an early call which was not requested.It took three requests to reception before it was cancelled.Our car had a notice afixed to say it would be removed as it was illegally parked.Upon arrival out car details were given at reception.It transpired that we should have given a permit to display.

	Excellent restaurant service and food.
	We were given a room for the disabled which had not been requested.We would have preferred the accommodation for which we originally booked.

Very good value for money.

Very pleased we chose the Best Western Connaught. Restaurant and restaurant staff first class.

	Hotel clean and very comfortable. Very nice conservatory and patio.

sadly, no hot water for morning shower made for a below average stay.

It is about 4 or5 years since our last visit to the hotel . The fact that we made a return visit indicates that we were quite satisfied the first time and we would certainly come again. However the place does semm to need a bit of renovation. Especially the bedrooms and en suite accodomation.We found your all your staff to be most helpful polite and friendly A.S

	The best ammenity was the pool. I enjoyed an early morning swimm each day of our stay. The pool is actually large enough to swim so many hotel pools are just a plunge

The bedroom and particularly the bath room were rather small but adequate The dining room was good and the staff were helpfull quite a good choice of menue for dinner and the breakfast selection was very good

A very calm and relaxing place to be, the staff were very polite and most helpful.

	The evening meal was excellent and taking time out in the steam room.
