Main reason for choosing Hotel Astoria: Location
We would have liked to spend a few days beside the lake of Bled. This hotel seemed to be close to everything - and it really was. We could hike in the Triglav National Park, visit Krajnska Gora, the lake of Bohinj and the castle of Bled, furthermore we could take long walks on the shore of the lake. The place is wonderful - surrounded by snowy mountaintops (it was April). The food is tasty and they have a great choice.
We had some difficulties with opening the window to air the room because it didn't work properly.
