The hotel was coveniant, for where i wanted to be, the location of the hotel was ok, nice and quiet,
When you first come into the lobby, of the hotel, it can certanly be a lot smarter, remember first apperancies count.
the bedrooms are very basic and the bathrooms very shabby, in genral you want to spend some money tideing the hotel up.

We enjoyed the nightly entertainment and the facilities such as the pool and jacuzzi.
The hotel was abit further away from the piers and pleasure beach than we thought. And the bed wasnt very comfy was a bit hard.
We will definately stay there again

Yes lots. first we booked a double room and we got a single room so me and my wife had to sleep in a single bed,they tried to tell us it was double,room 053,the staff was no help at all and not very freindly,
i will not be recommending this hotel to anyone ,

The breakfasts were auesome, but we were lucky as we arrived early,those that arrived for breakfast later had large queus to enter the dinning room and them large queues to get the buffet.
The Hotel is a large old building and all the rooms need updateing and a lick of paint.
every thing seems past its sell by date.

Food was good with various choices.
I found that the room, I was allocated was too hot even with heating turned off.
Location of room in relation to entertainment area made it very noisy up to 23:00hrs
dining area was not large enough in relation to size of hotel.

Staff when checking in were very friendly and helpful.
Some of the food at the breakfast was cold.
The dining room was far too busy and it took ages to get waitress service.
Due to coach parties you were unable to always get a dinner reservation when you wanted it

The rooms were awful. I got offered 2 other rooms to choose and they were no better than the one we had,we did get another room due to noisey people next door,but had NO WINDOW, which was rediculas for the money we paid, I was very disapointed with the whole weekend, and I would not go to this hotel if it was free.
