The hotel is ok and it is near to the station
It was the Wifi. First of all we have booked this hotel because it was advertised with free Wifi ,the staff told us that there is no Wifi in the rooms and we had to stay at the lounge and when we got to the lounge we could not get through for the full stay that was three days. When we inquired at the reception they told us that there was trouble with the internet and they could do nothing until it will be fixed.

Lovely big room, very clean and comfortable, asked for a canal view if possible and this was noted, very friendly staff, hot chocolate provided with breakfast even though not usually an option
The 4th floor corridor was a bit shabby (e.g. wallpaper coming away from the wall, black tape covering frayed carpet) and would benefit from some redecoration.

The location is fantastic, right next to the canal and lots of bars and restaurants. Surprisingly the room was quiet even with all the noise outside. Good value for money, clean and comfortable. Staff were always helpful and smiling!

No air conditioning meant the room was hot and could not open the windowa as it was noisy outside. The movie channel did not work.
