I found my room to be very comfortable. My only negative comment is the staff. I don´t think the front desk staff smiled once the whole time I was there. Although they are helpful, they are not very friendly. The only staff person who was friendly and smiled was one of the women who worked in the restaurant in the mornings for breakfast. I wish I knew her name.

We were delighted with our stay. Tired after our flights to Europe, this was our "treat" awaiting us. Thank you for helping us start off our 18 day vacation on the right foot! Location was wonderful for our walk to the Guggenheim and for inexpensive transportation to the bus station, lovely strolling area and access to restaurants, very friendly and helpful bilingual staff.... would definitely recommend the Husa Jardines while in Bilbao. Thank you all.
Location, staff, clean and friendly place with wonderful bathrooms and great beds.
