Mark Hotel Meineke

Very good location.Clean, but somewhat old room,it needs paint and new carpet and so on.The staff very helpfull.

	The area were the hotel was located,the small restaurants nearby,the friendly staff.
	The breakfast could be better.

The rooms are very different, as often do in the Old hotels. We had a group of 8, so we had four doubles ranging from small to luxurious by size; but no price difference. Breakfast over priced; two times better value to step out and have it somewhere else (as we actually did).

	Location good, good connections everywhere in Berlin.
	The steep stairs good excercise, but maybe even dangerous (thanks God, we are not wheelcar users). Only one lift in use (a long way to go)

It is a nice hotel in the middel of Berlin with manny shops and 500 meters of the zoo.

Quite good, good relation quality-price and good location near from the city center.

	The chaotic breakfast (just one waiter to do everything, cleaning tables, carry food, fill machines,...), and the curtains at the room let light enter (when the sun raises, at 6, 7 am), so it's impossible to sleep after that.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is exactly as the photos that are available on Bookings.com. This means that what we were expecting is what we had there. The location is perfect – near the central station of the buses, subway and trains. Even being located on a busy area, the hotel is silent. The cleanness is very good as well as the quality of the breakfast. If we go to Berlin again, we will stay at this hotel. Thanks!

The location is great - breakfast ample and good - the rooms are small but the beds are comfortable. All things considered it's a good place for travellers who can do without luxury and are looking for reasonable, comfortable, centrally located lodging. (It would be nice if the Paternoster would be working.)
