good 5 star hotel in centre of berlin

	very friendly and helpfull staff

Aircooling system was set at to high temperature for us resulting in sleeping with open window. Noise level was too high for comfortable sleeping

One of the best locations in the city. The hotel is spotless, all staff are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them. For luxury, comfort and good service in a relaxing atmosphere, this hotel is hard to beat. Will definitely be back!

The hotel was amzing. It is very central, close to shops, zoo, train station. We were originally booked into the Junior Suite but as they over booked on Junior Suites we were upgrade to the Presidental Suite. We had our on floor, two bathrooms and a really spacious living room. The weather was lovely,28 degrees,which everynight a card was left on our bed informing us what the weather would be like the next day. Staff were really nice. Breakfast was nice aswell but expensive. The pool was really nice, and I like the way you could help yourself to fruit after your swim. I couldn't say anything bad about this hotel and I would recommend this hotel.
