NH Jolly Berlin-Friedrichstrasse

Nice hotel, perfect location. Small negative items, like room not cleaned upon arrival, missing spoons and cups at breakfast, broken waste basket in bathroom, no pillow case on 2nd pillow, etc. Will be a top hotel with better management.

	Location next to S-Bahn and next to Museum Island.

The location of this hotel is really good, you can find the hotel just after getting off the train. And the staffes are nice. And I recommend you to have a dinner in the restrant in this hotel.

Generally very nice and comfortable. I will come back to you at next opportunity. My only misgivings were about the inadequacy of instructions about your excellent facilities and the restaurants etc. in the neighbourhood. The atentants knowledge and friendlyness have somewhat to be improved. Also, internet connection via wireless was not satisfactory.

If you arrive by train, as we did, it would be hard to be any easier to get to. The U-bahn entrance was outside the front door and the S-bahn only a few yards further. It was also extremely well placed for getting to the main tourist sites. The dining room was good although only a limited menu. If we were going back we wouldn't look for any other hotel.

	Location, room and restaurnt.

Hotel Vivaldi is in an excellent location for walking to many areas of interest in Berlin. The room was extremely comfortable and tastefully decorated as was the hotel lobby and restaurant. I would recommend the hotel to any visitors planning a trip to Berlin.
