Air in Berlin

the hotel is a quiet little hotel in the centre of the town. you can easily reach each part of the town and you can find shops, restaurants nearby. unfortunately the staff is not so kind as the rest of the town. Berliners are very nice and available to talk and help you in any way but the hotel staff is always there smoking behind their desk unable to help you about city tours or transports or museum opening hours!it's absurd they don't answer when you say: good morning or good night!

	the position of the hotel...so central and near one of the most important underground station
	the staff behaviour. they don't speak english so well and they always look totally indifferent to your questions and greetings.

The hotel is ok,but i found the staff to be a little bit uncomfortable with non-german speaking guests,otherwise,everythingelse was ok.

The hotel was very well organised, clean and the staff was very pleasant. The location is really good.

	Breakfast was very good and various

Promises a little more comfort than it gives some of the staff seemed to be rather absent mentally, some were very friendly and helpfull
