Angleterre Hotel

It is a very confortable hotel;the breakfast is very good and the staff is very nice. The hotel is near to subway station of Checkpoint Charlie so is possible to go to center in very few minutes. So If I'll come back in Berlin I'll retunrn in Angleterre Hotel.

The hotel is very nice and has a perfect location in the center of Berlin. The building is very nice and has got a lot of charming. I will recomend this hotel to friends that are going to travel to Berlin.

Comfortable, clean with a good location. A well functioning aircondition during hot days. Good breakfast.

	1)I missed a good restaurant filled with people in the evening. I missed apmosphere. 2)In the booking papers under "room facilities" I thought all the facilities were there at no cost extra. It turned out that some were included in the price and others were to be paid for. Confusing for me.

Really well located to explore Berlin. Took breakfast in the Turkish cafe across the road, as thought the hotel breakfast was overly expensive at 15 euros per person. Well run hotel, great location.

It' s a very calm and friendly Hotel. We like the very nice little bar!

The location is good. I enjoy always to stay in this hotel, unfortunately this stay was too short. This place is one of my absolute favourites.

	This time I stayed upstairs on the new side. I prefere more the older part. The breafast is good combined with a nice and luminous breaksfast room. It gives a good start for the day. This time, unfortunately, I did not have time for that.
	In my reservation that I made in the web I mentioned that I would like to stay in the older part. I got no anwer and at the reseption as I booked in the reseptionist told me that all those ones in the top foor were occupied. Too bad, I hope to have better luck next time.

This was a beautiful hotel. It was comfortable and clean and easily accessible to the city's transportation. It was away from the crowds, but within reach of everything we needed. The staff was very friendly and helpful, but didn't always know all the details, like the fact that the bus tour we purchased from them would be shutting down early that day due to a holiday. I would also forego the offer that gives a free meal since we had difficulty getting one of the entrees delivered to our table. The food was terrific, but there are other restaurants in the area that serve similar fare.

	The room and the building. There was a very old staircase located in a portion of the building that was an excellent escape from taking the elevator. It made a person feel as if they were transported back in time. Their energy efficiency was applaudable, from sensor lights to having the electricity in the room require insertion of the room key.
	Directions on the site about its location. I would like to have directions from the main train station where the Eurorail arrives to the hotel, both for walking and by metro/bus.

I'm overall very satisfied, especally their breakfast menu
