Helpful staff, excellent breakfast buffet, good sound-proofing in rooms, comfortable and warm rooms.
No tea and coffee facilitites in the rooms and only cold drinks machines as an option for obtaining food/ drink.

The mhalls have a funny smell, like an old apartment building. Could use some improvement

The best thing is a - location!

TV pult did not worked; there was a kitchen in a room , but without any dishes and possibilities to use it!?Breakfast was not very delicious:( I ordered a single room, but get a double twin room - for the same price...strange but nice.

Great place to stay - excellent breakfast - located 400 metres out of town but once you have sorted which tram to get on its easy as it stops right outside the hotel
Very helpfull reception staff
Breakfast waitresses sometimes a bit grumpy
