Very comfortable. Great position.

Staff was very helpful. Parking was very easy and location was close to the funicular to reach the high city. Room was very hot and had a little trouble in turning off the heat. Once that was accomplished, the stay was very nice. The windows blocked the noise of the street and the fountain which was noisy with the windows open.

Beautiful hotel. Very friendly staff and they were very helpful. Rooms were lovely. Will recommend it to my family and friends and will definitely stay there again

Our destination was Stresa on Lake Maggiore and we stayed here as our flight arrival time into Bergamo was 11.00pm so too late to travel. This hotel is in a good location situated near the cable car up to the old town. Lovely comfortable clean room, air con, and balcony. Lots of choices at breakfast which was served in a large airy comfortable dining room.

	Everything, I wish we had stayed for the week instead of one night.
