Belroy

I stayed in the Hotel last week and had a great time. The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. The rooms were lovely and the cleaning staff polite and helpful. Rooms were cleaned thoroughly each day. The food was good and we enjoyed the disco/nightclub 'Pepe's' - well into the night. The only downside to this Hotel is its position - it is 50 metres from the beach which was great - but it is positioned on a busy thoroughfare and between traffic and the noise of holidaymakers using the nightclub it was'nt always easy to sleep. This disadvantage would'nt affect everyone on holiday and it was more than compensated by every other aspect of the Hotel. A example of its hospitality is - on our first night the water went off for one hour - the next morning the management left a letter of apology along with a bottle of white wine and a small box of luxury chocs!

The hotel is perfect situated, close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. We have stayed in Belroy 2 times mainly because of the location. The only thing we would like to mention is the staff in the reception desk, they are ignoring and disagreable, never any greetings or a smile. They are the first and the last person you meet in a hotel and there for very important. The rest of the staff has always been very nice.

	The beds in the studio where very uncomfortable for the adults. Like sleeping on a hard table.
