Wellington Park Hotel

Was pleasantly surprised when we arrived at this hotel, having read some reports on tripadviser. The staff were very pleasant and helpful, the room was very spacious and the overall opinion of my two daughters who were with me was that it was an excellent choice. I would certainly stay there again.

Good stop off point for business. Lots of space for meal, drinks and work. You don't feel crowded or listened to if you are discussing things. Breakfast was also a reasonable price compared to some places where the costs are a rip off. Rooms are spacious and well turned out.

The Hotel was clean and the lunch was very good. Unfortunately the dinner was not so good, my wine glass was dirty with lipstick stains on the side and I would recommend your chef looks up the ingredients to a Ceasar Salad, stale cheddar cheese grated on the tip of a pile of lettuce is not the norm.

Hotel is very run down. Needs to be renovated. Would not recommend it for a stay.

Well location, good facilities. Staff not particularly helpful or welcoming, but the hotel itself was very good.

Excellent location and only a short walk to some nice restaurants in the area. A perfect place for the business traveller with a comfortable lounge area for work and informal business and social meetings.

Good location, renovations that were ongoing did not lend to an atmosphere of quiet and relaxation. That said, staff were friendly and efficient. The breakfast buffet was well stocked only negative there was with the juices which were not of good Quality. The disco on Friday night was good fun, a pleasant crowd out to have a good time and well behaved. I'd recommend to friends looking for a good quality hotel in a convenient location.
