The building is tired and the staff indifferent. For £69 I would have expected it to have been superior to run of the mill Travelodges! The policy of not allowing bags to be left after checkout was inconvenient.
It's location but frankly I will book in to a hotel when I visit next time. |

You need to attend to the staff training and "Ryanair" attitude. I know you are a value hotel but for the price you need to try harder for repeat business. |

It was a modest, but clean accommodation. Good for a few days stay.
Bed was good. |

The pressure and the temperature of the water in the bathroom was changing unpredictably. I didn't like that the early check-in (only 2 hours early!) costs ten pounds. |

I was not comfortable with having most of my clothes lying on the floor because of lack of shelves in the room. There was only one shelf high up, which I did not use because it was so high up - and only was the one shell.

It was just like any other Travelodge! However, the room was dirty, particularly the headboard of the bead which had speckles on it. Don't even want to know what they were! Overall it was cheap and cheerful. The MacDonalds of the hotel industry. Been in much nicer and cleaner ones.

Good value for money & location. Our room was badly in need of refurbishment (bathroom mainly) noticable difference the higher the floor level. Unable to leave baggage on checkout before our flight time (4 hours)

Only hotel available, at the time I wanted to stay, that I could afford. I have had better VALUE at other places but hard to find in any city (such as Belfast). Accomodation was best the first time we stayed, stayed 2 separate nights, perhaps we got a bigger room because we checked in really early (unlike the second time)room a bit too small, especially bathroom, the second time.

Great location but very noisy late into the night due to proximity of Hotel to Clubs/pubs. The Travelodge do warn guest of this though. If/when we go again we would not be happy with a room (if you looked at an aerial view) top right side of the building. The bottom left corner rooms must be quieter. Basic facilities but very central. Parking is possible but wardens are quick to write tickets. Most important feature for us was that we could bring our dog for a cost of £15.

I would not reccomend this hotel to anyone!! The room was small and dingy, and stale. I could not open the window to air it out. I had no TV, no shampoo, no hairdryer, not very nice!!
Taxi was prompt |
