The Pousada de S. Francisco in Beja was an excellent choice for the type of holiday which aimed to: quiet to me and very playful for my son. The service is excellent.

The quality of service provision by the team that meets in various areas of the inn (especially reception, F & B and accommodation). It's excellent.

The expectation created around the Kids Club that operates insufficient. The inn has assembled frame animation children: lack of equipment for this type of animation, an animator who just can not meet the various age levels, a very small size of TV that forces the kids to put up less than 1 meter distance, among other things that can be observed in situ, if they have interest.

The staff were excellent, the food was lovely and the general ambiance of the Hotel was good. Sadly the town itself was in a poor state.

The helpfulness of the staff, we only stayed one night so cannot really comment any further.

The Pousada lived up to our expectations, and to the reputation of the group.

Elegant, tasteful surroundings; friendly and very helpful staff.

Our only disappointment, reflected in the "value for money" rating, is that meals in the restaurant were unjustifiably overpriced. We would expect to pay more in a hotel restaurant, but not quite so much more unless the quality of the meal equally surpassed that of local reastaurants, which it did not (good meal, but not better than the neighborhood).

Frankly, my husband and I expected something better, we think it needs a renovation and restyling

The location near the historic center. We expected something more from the center of Estremoz but this has nothing to do with the pousada.
