Best Western Bastia Centre

Check in staff not familar with my booking. I had to impress on them that I had a copy of reservations, and they then found my booking. Were going to charge more that is breakfast,even though it was included in my booking. I also had requested a baby cot in room, no reference was made to this, and as I was quite cross, trying to prove my booking, I didn't persue with baby cot. Staff did speak good English. All other staff in hotel were lovely and the check out staff were nice. Location was quite and peaceful. 10min walk to talk, down hill, longer back.

Check in staff. Proving my booking after travelling all day with a baby didn't aid to start of holiday. Also when asking desk staff to aid ordering a pizza got a call to room 20 minutes later to say to call to reception, to be told that needed a minimum order for Pizza company to deliver. We recordered and then after another 30 minutes got a call to go to reception, and this time told the Pizza place was now closed. They then suggested another pizza place and after 20 minutes

Overall good value for money. The hotel was clean and the staff extremely helpful. Next time in Bastia, I will stay here again.

I did not like the impossibility to open the window I did not like very much the buffet breakfast and the location too near to the lobby

We found staying at Best Western Bastia a pleasent experience, everything was good and we had no problems. The staff were friendly and the price was reasonable. If we came to Bastia again we would stay there.

Overall it was a good choice in a place conveniently located: I will come back if needed.

	fast check in/out, quiet place, clean room with good air conditioning.
	parking for the car should be free for the guests.......

Nice hotel located top of the down town (10 min walk). The rooms are small but comfortable. Bathroom is in the sleeping room, separated only by very thin plaster wall. Due to my stay only one night, I didn't discover if the rooms have harbour view (I didn't have). It is possible to use interner (hot spot). Generally nice place to spend one or two nights during the Corsica discovery.

	It was clean and the staff was very pleasant.
	Small garage. At 1.30 pm I have to look for a parking due to garage was fully booked.

A good confort and kindness of the staff. A good price.
