Fine for a budget-minded experienced independent traveler. You hardly ever encounter any staff, so you do things on your own. Convenient to tram line. Reasonably quiet. Breakfast quite satisfactory. Be sure to ask for your free transportation ticket, because they may "forget" to offer it. It helps to know German for communication.
