A dismal hotel looking tired. Would not recommend. Rooms pokey

Absence of restaurant Shabby appearannce inside and out Reception area cramped and unwelcoming; man on reception did not smile and make me seem welcome Doors being locked early |

Late check in / early check out not very easy...had to collect key on arrival at midnight from another hotel a short walk away and despite reception supposed to be open at 0700 next day, at 0715 it was still all locked up (left without paying and then paid by phone later). No facilities for breakfast (had to eat at another hotel)
