	1) Hotel Staff's (Reception) good attitude. 2) Cleaniliness.
	The noise from the room next to the room I stayed.

Very friendly hotel near the centre of Basel. Good breakfest. It is a christian centre. Good breakfest, but no bar and dinner only for groups available. However, there is a room where you can drink thea and coffee for free. Although near the centre is you don't hear any trafficnoise.

Very nice and comfortable, specially when staying together with children.

Very efficient staff, checking in went very fast. Great touch (I think all the Basel hotels do this): free passes for public transport. Ours had already been filled out when we arrived. Breakfast delicious with homemade jams.

	Parking in the centre of the city at just 12 Franks for a half day plus night

I'll stay in this hotel again. everything was very good

	Breakfirst on the terasse was a great start in the next day
