Room service in the evening is poor

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel - - only the time was too short since we had to check out at 4 a.m. to catch a flight out. On our next trip, we will surely again stay at the Airport Hotel Basel and hopefully for a longer time. Thank you.

Fabulous. I had an entire day to sight see and was able to catch the bus right outside the door. The staff provided me with a bus schedule and route.

	I loved the convenience to the main market for shopping. The rooms were clean and spacious.
	The vending machines on the floors were not working. However, there were apples available in the lobby-- perfect.

We enjoyed our stay, although I would have prefered tea and coffee facilities within the room and on several ocassions our TV would freeze and the programme we were watching would suddenly become unavailable I also beleive the hotel would benefit with an evening restaurant, our room had no information on room service although I beleive it did exist, even so I prefer not to eat in the room especially food that is strongly scented

	the overall decor, quietness of room and large TV with computer facilities - we would have enjoyed staying longer

Well, I stayed only one night, but the hotel has an excellent quality/price ratio, the room is large and decoration is great. Quite a few innovative decorations everywhere in the hotel. Staff very pleasant and cooperative.

The location of the hotel is good. Close to the airport and 10 min to the train SBB train station. The rooms are modern and very nice. It was the first time I watched a movie on a 42" flat screen in a hotel and I enjoyd it very much.

value for money was especially good due to last minute arrangement

The hotel was easy to get to and convient for getting into Basel. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

	It was really nice and useful to get the travel card for the buses and trams.

Due to my visit being very short and my arrival was in the evening and departure early next day, I could not really evaluate your hotel. What I saw was excellent and would not hesitate in returning and recommending your hotel to others

	The only criticism, was the fact that my credit card details were on my bill, for anyone to see. It is normal for only the last 4 digits to be shown.
