Very good location,it was clean hotel.

	Staff very friendly and location
	The only problem was it was very crapped for 3 people. No room for walking around the beds. 4 Bed Rooms. It was hard to relax in the room.

Breakfast room could be made cosier. Eggs should be warm and egg basket refilled when the guests have their breakfast. Selection of fruit and serials good

Annex would be a nightmare in bad weather. Great location.

	Nice arrival hall and staff.
	We asked to change rooms as we were in the annex. Initially we asked for a quiet room which seemed the reason for the annex but on being changed we still had a quiet room but in the much nicer main hotel. Cleaning staff closed lift so we had to use stairs.
