Hotel looked very nice. Staff not very helpful with bags,cabs,problems. Trouble with internet going on and off. Very loud as the floors are all wood laminate...heard the neighbor rolling their suitcase across the floor among other things. Called for an iron...one was delivered 2 hours and another phone call later.

Excellent brakfast, clean and modern rooms, nice pool & sauna.

We forgot some clotkes to hotel and they were kind enpugh to send them to us after we had left the hotel. |

The hotel was a good place to stay when going to Barcelona. It may not be close to La Ramblas, but is close to the Beach and has a very nice pool.

The waitress in the hotel restaurant was terrible. We don't expect that everyone can speak English, but we do expect courtesy and competence. As well, we ordered a paella in the restaurant, and was served such a bad meal, that even the incompetent waitress could see that it was not edible. Otherwise, the pool of the hotel is a welcome addition to the hotel. |
