H10 Montcada

Nice hotel - the best location, very friendly and helpful staff.

We enjoyed our stay at the H10 Montcada very much. The location was excellent and the staff very helpful and friendly. It was very easy to walk to many of the main sites from the hotel. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel but instead went to a restaurant across the street.

	We often heard a 'rumble' which we think was the metro.

My wife and I enjoyed your hotel. While facilities are of course important, members of your staff really make the most difference. We wish to praise Luis and Veronica on the front desk and Benoit and Phurput on the dining staff. Another front desk person (a fellow from Venezula I think) who worked on the night and morning of April 3 was wonderful. Unfortunately the woman managing your breakfast is neither warm nor especially helpful--she is basically polite but officious. If we return to Barcelona we will book with you again, but we'll request a corner room.

The roof top terrace is great, but the reservation system is not helpful. I called the desk to see whether I could use the jacuzzi and was told it was reserved. So I went to the terrace to have a cigar and the entire time no one used the jacuzzi. There should be a way to correct that. I really appreciated the free internet access and the meals and beverages we enjoyed in the hotel. Your dining staff is generally wonderful with the exception noted above.

I never found a bed I liked anywhere during two weeks in Portugal and Spain, so I wonder what Europeans think of USA beds. Your mattress was too firm for my back.

great hotel, great location. very recomended. i would certanly come back agian. we were with a 2 years old child and it was very comfortable hotel.
