Room while furnished well was looking out on a blank wall and was overhot with

Room service didn't meet the standards of **** hotel. We had to call several
times to get our order. It came 1hr after the original order.
The second day we
didn't get out service at all. We stopped calling.
Staff was getting reprimands
in our presence.
